The location was excellent. Our breakfast was a nice warm breakfast, good coffee and with the restaurant being in the hotel that was very much appreciated. All stuff that we encountered were very friendly.

The hotel had lovely and helpful staff. I also found the location was very central. There were lots of additional amenities.

Shannon was great vetting me checked in and untangling my reservstion I had botched. Very nice accomodation in town. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others

Was there on business, the hotel was ideal for my needs, staff were courteous and pleasant, reception staff helped me with early checkouts and couldn't have been nicer. Over all a good experience.

We stayed an extra night because it was so comfortable and secure. The Outer Hebrides are marvelous and Calaidh is the best location from which to see the Isle of Lewis.

This hotel was very clean and serviceable. Except for one exceptionally helpful staff person there was nothing outstanding about it. It was conveniently located near the ferry terminal.

The hotel is very good with lovely food, it’s just a shame cars have to be so noisy during the night (Saturday night) Bed was lovely a comfortable if you weren’t kept awake by noise

We had a lovely stay at Caladh Inn in Stornoway. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was ideal for exploring Stornoway and the surrounding area. The food was enjoyable, the rooms were well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was warm and easy-going. Would happily recommend and would definitely stay again!

A kind and safe sanctuary (Calaidh - is a safe port or sanctuary in Gaelic) in the old world port of Stornoway. The hotel is fitted out very nicely and also has a nice restaurant and bar. Location is outstanding. Near the port - near the downtown (shopping or touring or entertainment). The grocery store is a 2 minute walk. Off street parking was excellent. Staff were lovely. Full marks - all the way.

9日間滞在しました。タオルの交換はありましたが部屋の掃除は1度もありませんでした。床に小さなごみが落ちたままになっていたり、浴室には髪の毛が落ちたままで、自分たちで取り除きました。 またタオル交換の時に偶然見たのですが、コーヒーカップは洗うことなく汚れたふきんで拭いているだけでした。 場所は便利ですが、長期滞在にはお勧めしません。 併設するレストランも、スタッフによっての対応が違い、差別的な感じを受けました。 フロントの対応は非常に良かったです。

I found this hotel,friendly,welcoming, comfortable and clean. Breakfast gave plenty of choice including beautiful fresh fruit,all the British Breakfast components , yoghourts and cereals. The food for dinner consisted of two choices, a hot buffet or menu. The buffet choices were absolutely lovely, plenty to choose from and the menu was fun. Seafood skewer was of particular note! It is close to the ferry terminal and handy for Stornaway. Plenty Parking too. A really good experience.

Front desk staff were delightful, helpful and welcoming Breakfast waiter was more interested in clearing tables than bringing us coffee. He actually cleared my plate while I was still seated, dropping utensils in my lap. In general he was unfriendly and rude. Otherwise breakfast was fine.
