"This was a delightful two nights! The hotel is not near the city centre but this is a good thing. Our family enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. There is a wonderful little park across the street with room to run and jump. The staff were excellent in their service, support and friendly demeanor. The rooms were large and comfortable while breakfast was more than adequate by European standards. You have access to Vienna by car and Hinterbruhl and Modling as well. We even enjoyed the big mall...

"The location was great for a wedding we were going to, and the place was very affordable. No desk check in was a little odd, but we were able to get into our room, just before midnight on the day we checked in with no issues. It was very warm in the room and in the hallway outside, though the lobby area was clearly air conditioned, no problem at night as we were able to open our windows to let the cool night air in. That quickly became an issue at 6am the next morning when the VERY loud...

"It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up "

Habe im Großraum Wiener Neustadt schon viele Hotels besucht und leider auch viele Enttäuschungen erlebt. Wer die Ruhe und Idylle sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr freundliches Personal, ein gutes Frühstück und ein toller Wellness Bereich sprechen für sich. Habe mich schon wieder eingebucht."
