"My second stay here Samantha at reception made sure my check in was so smooth and effective even moving me to a ground floor room which helped me so much as I’m a road trip to sort out my luggage in the car. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked so well on the TV and laptop. Bathroom was more spacious than the room itself and shower had excellent water pressure. A suggestion I love to make is put up some extra hooks on the walls always handy. Thank you for a comfortable stay."

"Arrived at check in time and couldn't access the property until someone turned up 40 minutes later to unlock the gate. No check in instructions were sent to me. Our room had no bench space and the skirting boards were missing around the floor area where ants were observed entering the room. The bathroom had no shower screen with water going everywhere, no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom and little to no bench space. For the first 2 nights of our stay there was a loud water flowing noise...
