"Clean / tidy. Served its purpose well."

"There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that."

"We had a fantastic stay at Gemini Court Holiday Apartments. The apartment was spacious, and very comfortable, but the standout feature was the incredible ocean view. The balcony offered breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline all the way to Surfers Paradise. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves made our stay truly special. The location is excellent, right across from Burleigh Beach and close to great cafés and restaurants. We would...

"Very clean and tidy rooms with great showers and hot water. The bed was very comfortable and warn. We had one small issue with the toilet which was corrected as soon as we brought it to their attention. We have already booked four rooms there for our group in July 2027. Highly recommend this motel."

"Friendly welcome. The room is clean and has everything you need, including a well appointed kitchenette. Close to the beach and lots of eating options nearby. Great, simple, basic motel for a reasonable price - can’t ask for more."

"Amazing stay. We loved every day of our stay at Mantra in Coolangatta. The views are fantastic and the unit was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a washing machine and dryer. Very close to all shops, restaurants, entertainment. Parking was easy. Bed was very clean and very comfortable. We are really looking forward to staying here again."

"Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open."

"Front counter reception: Excellence. This time it was the front hotel admin staff. The customer service we received on arrival. The lovely kind lady, gave us excellent service, smiling, welcoming, very approachable and patient."
