"An average experience. Rooms were clean but place is in need of some maintenance and updates, carpets very worn and look stained. Front desk staff very nice and helpful but in general hotel is understaffed. Waited on hold for 30mins to get through requesting airport shuttle pick up and only one driver so pick ups are only once an hour. Expedia listing stated room would sleep 5 however hotel stated they have no rooms that sleep 5 people and the biggest was 2 queen beds. Considering it was a lot cheaper than alternative airport hotels it was fine but in future I’d probably pay the extra $100 and stay somewhere closer, nicer and with a better shuttle service."
