Hotels.com nous rĂ©pond avec l'insignifiant Virtuel...Finalement, arrive a l'hĂŽtel Ă  14h00 le jour du check-in et problĂšme supposĂ©ment de plomberie. Hotels.com devrait ĂȘtre au courant depuis quelques jours...Ah bon! Appelle Hotels.com/Expedia et le prĂ©posĂ© me dit que le problĂšme sera rĂ©glĂ© facilement. Je n'ai qu'Ă  prendre un autre hĂŽtel de la rĂ©gion et on me paiera la diffĂ©rence ainsi que les frais de transport. J'ai rĂ©servĂ© le moins cher disponible sur Hotels.com et j'attends toujours le dĂ©dommagement promis 22 jours plus tard. C'est plaisant d'ĂȘtre client Gold et d'avoir la garantie...Je vois que le mĂȘme problĂšme s'est produit en fĂ©vrier, pas rassurant...moins confiance en Hotels.com.

Absolutely terrific night at the Castle. Could not have been made feel any more welcome. Breakfasy was really lovely but please repaint room no 6 as it reeks of stale smoke.
