The shower wasn’t great - it couldn’t decide between the temperature I set and scolding hot and freezing cold - meaning that it was a stressful shower! The air con is incredibly weak, meaning the room was really, really hot on the 4th floor. "Clean room, big smart TV, nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Overall it’s a nice hotel apart from the bar restaurant area had very loud music with a singer all evening. It was so loud that the staff couldn’t hear us properly to take our order and ended up ordering the wrong food. We couldn’t hear each other speak and in the end had to go and sit out side."

"The property was unique and beautiful. In a very quiet neighborhood but close to many things. We arrived early before check in and they sat is in a lovely lounge and provided tea and snacks while we waited. The breakfast was fresh, generous and delicious. Definitely would stay there again"

"Kieran, the owner of the property is amazing. He runs a great B&B and it is welcoming and cozy. He’s like an uncle that welcomes you into his home and makes you feel special at every step. The only thing I would note and this is not a criticism is that there is no lift in the building for those that require one. I would stay here again if in Derry and will recommend it to anyone!"

"The food in the restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. Equally the staff were very obliging and helpful. Just a question whether or not the sheets had been changed on my bed in the family room. My friend’s was ok. Good location and recommendation by a staff member to walk the Walls was brilliant."

"Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome."

"Quick check in, pleasant staff, room clean and well appointed. Leisure facilities excellent, good sized pool, steam and sauna. Breakfast was tasty, good selection of items. Overall highly recommend"

"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay."
