"Good central location, we had room 26 which overlooks the park, the noise of trams and traffic was a bit disturbing, so we got earplugs.
Beds were comfortable and shower was nice.
To be fair we didn’t spend alot of time in the room, staff were helpful, there’s a kettle and coffee, tea and sugar. There’s a shop just up the road where you can get milk.
The onsite cafe was ok.
There’s so many great places to eat etc……
If your going to the main square be prepared for the price."

My family of 4 stayed four nights here and the location was perfect to explore both old town and the Jewish quarter as well as easy access to public transportation such as trams, trains and busses. We arrived late around 9pm so it was very dark and we didn't find the light switched in the halls until the next morning so finding the room was kind of difficult for us. "The staff were extremely friendly. The room had a private shower and the bed was truly a basic bed. I will say the bedding and sheets had visible holes and the towels were very rough. Also, they stated they have air conditioning - that was not the case in my room, but there was a fan in the room. With that said, it served its purpose for my short stay."
