"The Short Story: A perfect family-friendly vacation. The Long Story: Rooms: We had an extra sitting area adjacent to two queen beds, which was the perfect amount of space for two adults and a child. The decor is classy, elegant. The mini fridge could be bigger. The bathroom is stunning. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Two TVs. Pool Area: Our favourite spot. We had great weather which made all the difference to get maximum use of this area. Restaurants: The hotel restaurant offered great food and service. There are many other restaurants to choose from that are walkable indoors, which is a great feature when weather is suboptimal. We had the pleasure of enjoying the outdoor patio. Kid Friendly Activities: I had a difficult time understanding what this place had to offer for kids, until I learned the hotel is attached to other attractions, such as the Kellogg's factory, arcade, children's museum, Ice cream shoppe, etc. These activities could keep the kids busy all day (hours could have been extended longer). Atmosphere: If you are travelling here only with adults, manage your expectations as this place is not like other Hard Rock hotel experiences. This is very much a family atmosphere, kids everywhere. So if you are expecting an adult only vibe, go elsewhere. If you are a family, you'll have endless fun with some perks for adults."

"We’re a family of 4.We’ve spent 4 days 3 nights the new rooms are excellent . Very clean and good amenities. We didn’t had a fridge and the staff provide us with the fridge right away on the next day and more room towels as well upon request. Breakfast is really good too and parking is for free. Overall price and comfort is very good"

"No complaints, The staff were the best from the house keeping to the front desk, amazing. We drove in from Fort Erie to Tillsonburg and as soon as we reached hotel parking lot, our car died. They allowed us to stay fews more hours the next day after check out, until CAA was able to take my wife, myself and vehicle back to Fort Erie. Anyhow, it was good to get the support when you needed it. And we got that from the hotel"

"The receptionist was delightful, helpful and excellent . The breakfast team were excellent. The gentleman behind the bar was excellent and charming and arranged for a lovely lady to serve us in the quiet lounge after dinner hours for a glass of wine and cup of tea. Unfortunately the young lady in the Spa was not as delightful. We waited for at least 15 mins before she showed up and even though we appreciated that we were asking for a last minute manicure she was not pleasant, did not explain why she was unable to book a simple manicure apart from a 9:30/9:15 appointment next day. As a member of staff she had to have known that breakfast was only until 9:30. The spa was clearly not busy at 5:15 pm when we walked in to see if we could book an appointment - it was clearly empty and we would have loved and been happy if she had managed to fit us in before the spa closed later. This was a first for me with a less than warm, pleasant spa attitude."
