"The staff is friendly however it doesn't appear that every staff member goes above and beyond to help like most. There was a problem with the room given to me at checkin and once the manager confirmed they made an error she didn't take the liberty to resolve the issue and rather made me stand in line all over again and just said the the other employee who was already swamped with about seven people in line would handle it. The breakfast was average at best and the only thing I did not care for is if you do not ask the cleaning staff to supply you with new towels they won't go in the room and replace used ones. Other than those simple fixes, the overall experience was not bad and is located convenient to everything along the Seawall."

"Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful. The pool area was immaculately maintained. They even provided pool balls and diving toys for kids. Chairs were NOT cheap plastic AND they were clean! I hate going to a property pool and and chairs are dirty and unkept! Great poolside service for food and drinks. The restaurant food was so good. Not your typical “concession” quality…real food freshly cooked! and VERY reasonably priced with big portions. Deserts white cheesecake or warm brownie sundaes! And ice cream and milkshakes for the kiddos. We added the breakfast package onto our stay so we had the option of a breakfast buffet or ordering from a select menu. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this resort."

"I had such high hopes due to the reviews I saw, but it was horrendous. We were covered in gnats the ENTIRE TIME. I couldn’t even take a shower to feel clean because they were in there too, and I mean they were everywhere. We tried to bring dinner into the room to eat… Threw it out a couple minutes in because of how bad it was. I tried calling the desk and nobody answered. It was insanity. Staff was nice, but when it was brought up the next day it seemed that they could’ve cared less. Also, the door was SO insanely hard to open. I felt like I almost threw my shoulder out a few times just to get into the room. Overall, I will never be staying here again. I gave 2 stars only because the staff was polite. Otherwise, it would’ve absolutely been just 1. The attached pictures don’t even do justice to how disgusting it was."
