She was friendly, hardworking, and made the breakfast experience enjoyable. The property itself looks a bit old and could use some updates. "I love this hotel! It’s close to shopping and restaurants and the staff is always so professional and helpful. The breakfast here is fantastic!"

"Shower curtains too short. Approx 12” from floor which causes the floor to get extremely wet. This cause a slip hazard and injuries. Please lower the curtains."

I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel."

"We checked in and checked out!! The lobby/hallway smelled of weed. The pool was dirty, the room was filthy… leftover food in the fridge, hair on the sheets, broken furniture, stained carpet, the bathroom had not been cleaned, fake eyelashes on the tv stand. Hotel manager would not come down to the lobby to speak to us and refund our money. Expedia customer support was of no help."
