"Spacious room. Nicely decorated. Wifi was great especially since we had no signal on our phones. Firm bed. Fridge and microwave in room. Shower tub was wide and had non slip surface! Nice towels and washcloths. Cotton balls and qtips at sink. Keurig coffee maker in room. TV had some caching issues but, hey, we were up on a mountain. The office is a nice retreat with coffee, and and a peaceful atmosphere. They had 3 outdoor patios to chill out as well and many seats outside your doors. The...

"Bathroom and shower exceptional. Loved the modern styled cabinets. The flooring and apartment-sized refrigerator with freezer were a nice surprise. Wish we had time to stay 2 nts, didn't have time to use the pool, it looked beautiful!"

"Our rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with several options. The breakfast room was clean and well maintain during the breakfast hours. It is located in an area that is quiet. I would stay here again."

"The room was nice, but the exterior of the property needs better maintenance. The landscaping looked neglected, with weeds growing throughout the facility, which took away from the overall experience."

"The sliding door for the patio did not lock. It would appear to lock, but a slightly firm pull would open it right up. No curtains on the windows for privacy. Just wooden blinds you could easily see through. The sauna was operational, but the buttons were all worn down and there were no instructions on how to operate it. We got in later after a long day of traveling and weren't in the mood to bring anything up. The view itself and the location were great!"

"The property in real life did not match what was seen on Expedia. The grounds are overgrown and not well maintained. The room was a fine size and the sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. However the room had an odd sort of dank smell and the air conditioner was questionable and very loud. Too loud to sleep with it on but the room would get hot in the afternoon sun without blinds to actually block any sun. There were spiderwebs up in the window which didn’t bother us but unsightly. ...

"This is an older hotel that is well maintained. It is located right downtown. We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was good with adequate options and friendly breakfast staff. Good value. Our only negative was the front desk staff person did not even acknowledge us as we were leaving but we didn't have any issues so it wasn't a problem."
