The staff are amazing! So friendly and welcoming. The lodge is so cute! The rooms were spotless and the hottub sparkling clean. The shuttle service until 10 pm was fantastic and the shuttle driver was very nice. We can't wait to visit again!

It took over an hour to have dinner served even though the restaurant ws only 1/4 filled. The floor in my room was not clean. Location is good. Bus service is good. Bar not very well stocked as they didn't even have Cabernet.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Staff is very friendly and outgoing. They treated us like privileged guests and were accommodating with ease. We enjoyed our stay. But, nothing is close. You have to drive 20mins to get food. So grab something on your way to the hotel if you dont wanna go back out. The mountain views there are beautiful. We would stay again.

We ended up in the basement so we had to deal with stairs to get ice breakfast the hot tub the room was very very cramped it wouldn’t have been bad for a night but we stayed 2 so a bit claustrophobic hot tub and sauna were a highlight although we had to go upstairs through the lobby then back downstairs to get there. Definitely dated and could use a little updating maybe Parking was easy and location was good

Overall, a comfortable stay, although the hotel is a bit dated, and doesn't offer many frills. Some areas of the hotel are showing a lot of wear and tear, but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. One thing to note, the walls and floors in this hotel don't offer much in terms of noise dampening. Could clearly hear stuff going on in the neighboring rooms, and out in the hall, even though it didn't seem like they were being particularly loud. The breakfast is quite basic, just the standard hotel scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes for the hot bar, standard low-end hotel breakfast stuff in the cold section. The shuttle to the main base area is quite convenient, and runs until 10, so you can stay out for a drink or two and still catch the shuttle back. The only thing I'll say here is that they use old school busses for the shuttle, which are a bit uncomfortable for adults because the seats are very close together.
