Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet connection was very good and did not drop out. The food from the bar menu was of a good standard.

Lovely stay. Quiet room and well equipped. Lovely view over the lake. Check in staff were lovely and the spa team helpful - it was busy in the pool so make sure to book a slot by calling the reception to avoid disappointment! Excellent

Clean, easy check in and out. Great room service. Room was a bit out of the way and difficult to find at first as was accessed by separate elevator but staff was helpful. A bit odd that bathroom had no door.

Clean room and nice staff. A bit noisy as it’s surrounded by warehouses and the hotel was being renovated but a good distance from the arena. Better instructions on finding it would be helpful as it wasn’t easy to find.
