"We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The hard floors (without carpet) were extremely sticky, making the room feel dirty from the moment we checked in.
We stayed for two nights, but our room was never serviced, even though the hotel advertises daily housekeeping. Our towels were not replaced either.
The most shocking and unacceptable issue was finding a used syringe under the bedside table. This is a serious safety hazard,...

"C’était très bien pour deux nuits. Le déjeuner inclus est également très bien. Ce n’est pas le grand luxe, mais c’est tout à fait satisfaisant. Les lits étaient confortables et l’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien.
Points négatifs : on entend absolument tout: les gens dans le couloir, le bruit à l’extérieur des fenêtres ainsi que les bruits provenant des autres chambres. De plus, l’odeur de produits de nettoyage était très forte à notre arrivée. Enfin, le plancher n’était pas très propre.

"This is a new hotel which is probably the only reason why it is still reasonably clean and not run down. Nothing, I repeat, nothing is included in the price of the room. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen ware to cook with… but there is an option to buy them at the front desk. 1 pot, 1 pan, no kitchen utensils. Had to go out and buy them if I wanted to use the kitchen for anything other than the fridge and microwave, which is available in most regular hotel rooms. Not sure what the point is...

"Very nice, clean room. Seemed to be recently renovated.
Grounds need upkeep. Two separate buildings: one for registration, other for rooms. Three floors for rooms, no elevator. Hot July weather during our stay, needed ice. Bucket in hand and three flights of stairs, I found one ice machine for the entire building. No ice. Empty bucket in hand, down the slope to the front office, machine needs repair, call has been placed. Return trek, tap water. Poor."
