"No airport shuttle. No humans at hotel. Everything is automated and not in a good way. The bed was way up firm for me and i felt like i sleept on the floor. I wish i knew this before. I would suggest others hotel for a little more but it will not be a hassle. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. "

"Everything is clean. They literally don’t give you bedding for your bed… I got a blanket no sheets 1 pillow case not on pillow. Idk just seemed unprofessional. Everything was very clean and well maintained otherwise."

"Eigentlich ist das Frühstück im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels sehr gut… Allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum für die Menge an Gästen viel viel zu klein… Es ging zu wie am Hauptbahnhof zur Rush Hour… Somit war das Frühstück reine Nahrungsaufnahme und kein guter Start in den Tag"

"Hotel is located next to Petrin hill which is a beautiful viewpoint over the city and Prague castle. Hotel is located near the tram. Rooms were clean and lots of amentities available from laundry to fitness center."

"The property is nice & modern, but the electrical outlets are not user friendly. The coffee maker is hidden inside the cabinet & difficult to use. Also, the bathroom, although very nice, it’s not equipped with grab bars for safety especially for seniors. "

"Incredible location and a very comfortable hotel, just short walking distance from Charles bridge, tram stop across the street. Hotel was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the shower. Welcome Proseco bottle and a complementary sauna was a nice touch. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, grocery store around the corner. Staff was helpful and lovely. Good value for the price. Would definitely come back and highly recommend, our stay was perfect!"
