"First, when we arrive we didn’t have access to luggage carts. I had to go up the escalator 2 floors, stand in line, hand over my drivers license and the go back downstairs for our luggage. As much as we get charged as guest I think we should have been helped a little more and luggage carts should be available or at least nearby. Secondly, I was in the Red Tower and there was a loud party in the restaurant below and we had to listen to that music for 3-4 hours. Also, my husband called downstairs to find out how long the party would be or could we move to another room and the rudest woman answered the phone. She told us that the restaurant was independent and Westin had nothing to do with it. She had a very nasty attitude from the very beginning. When we asked again how long the party would go, she finally told us Nine o’clock and she hung up in our face. The next morning I did report this incident to the manager. I just feel like the amount you , including what ever is a destination fee is, you should be treated better. I was excited to stay here but left very was disappointed."

"The room had a king-size bed, was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. In-room amenities were a tv, a fridge, and a safe, but no coffee maker. There were only two accessible power outlets available. The bathroom was large. Everything was in good working condition, except for the showerhead that needs attention. Parking is available in the property garage for an extra $5.00 per night. I like the place for its central location with easy access to public transportation to the Music Center for opera, symphony, and plays."

"Listen. I’m sure there is someone out there, possessed by unique millennial verve, for whom this hotel is absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, I do not posses the citizenM spirit. Instead, I am a bitter old (33 year old) women and do not understand the features like having a front desk person whose only function is to tell me that they don’t have a front desk and that I should use the communal iPad instead, a shower with terrible water pressure that can be lit up in club colors for some reason, and a bed that is perhaps made of cement. At my big (33 year old) age, I cannot grasp the charm of this hotel. However, I know that there are those who don’t care about not being able to buy a water bottle anywhere in the entire building for whom the community spirit of the citizenM will bring a sense of peace and belonging that is perhaps unmatched by anything besides working in a WeWork circa 2011. May these restless millennials find their shore here at the citizenM hotel. Godspeed, you insufferable dweebs. "

"Room was clean. But all doors faced a courtyard that had smokers in it most of the time so even though the room was smoke free you still got blasted with the smell as soon as you opened the door"
