"What a wonderful stay at the heart of Los Angeles. Sparkingly clean room. Helpful staff. The only downside is the breakfast being too simple for a full day ahead, but nothing surprising since we knew what to expect from others' reviews. All in all, there are not many, if any, better hotels in the neighbourhood in terms of cost benefits."

"The room hadn't been cleaned properly, and the staff were unfriendly. Furthermore, when I asked for a fork and spoon, they told me to come pick them up at the front desk instead of bringing them to my room. I have stayed at various five-star hotels, but I have never encountered anything like this; it was not a pleasant experience."

"This hotel was closed for 45 days when we arrived, doors with chains and a statement that Marriot had broken its contract. Hotels didn't know, didn't tell us beforehand. Awful experience to find a new place to stay late at night. I am waiting apologies and refund."

"Es un poco confuso la forma de realizar el check in. Sin embargo una vez que lo haces ya todo es fácil. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El único inconveniente que el internet es muy malo, lo reporte dos veces y así así nunca lo solucionaron. El tema de la limpieza de las habitaciones, parece que ya es algo que se acostumbra en todos los hoteles a no realizarlo diariamente y este no fue la excepción, para una estancia de 4 noches solo limpiaron una vez. "The staff was very attentative. My sonsfoot was hurting and the staff gave us a loaner wheelchair and shower chair. The room was spacious. The only problem I had was they working and the noise was loud. While I was having breakfast. The breakfast buffet was delicious and worth every dollar."
