"I really liked the layout of the property made to look like a small village. While there were rooms in the main building, mine was outside in a small unit. The room was clean, there was plenty of hot water for the shower and the A/C worked fine. On the negative side, the room was a bit stuffy when I came in. It probably had not been used in a while as evidenced by the blinking alarm clock."

"The room smelled badly like mildew/ dirty socks. I had to air it out and buy febreze to mask the smell. The common room had two mini fridges and a keurig. There was no sink to rince or wash dishes. I paid the cost of a hotel, but it was more basic than a youth hostel. Will consider other places next time I visit the area."

"Spent one night this past weekend. Some Inn's are quaint, this one isn't and I wouldn't want to spend more time in the room than necessary. The best attributes are the large terrace and bar area which has a fire pit at night. The bed was comfortable enough, the room had a Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge but was dated. The bathroom had a bit of a mildew odor (Room 11) but was functional. The water pressure in the shower came and went. Overall for the price charged and the location it is...

"Chateau du Lac Hotel in Magog Quebec great location. You could walk to town 10 mins Very historic building Although nobody there to check us in . You had to go across street other hotel to check in .We understood that you could get continental breakfast at hotel Nobody there until weekend Needless to stay hotel was very quiet and peaceful . Would prefer to have choice of our breakfast They should specify this that they don't have breakfast or any food options so you will know this...
