"Checked in later in the night, was given a room key. Would not work. Turns out the room was already occupied. Glad I wasn't shot trying to get into someone else's room. Given a second key, went in the room to use the restroom and the toilet seat was broken off. Went back to the desk and was offered a screw driver to fix myself. Hotel manager was notified by email and was showed pictures of the room, however no response after a week. Cannot recommend this hotel."

"If you visit, take something to tie curtains down so air flow hits room and doesn't go up the curtains. It made the sleeping horrible. Room was clean. I didn't talk to staff but im sure they would have been helpful. We just stayed one nite and place was very busy."

The registration staff were excellent—they were totally prepared for my arrival, and check-in was a breeze with zero issues. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was already cranking at a chilly 59 degrees when I walked in, which was great. "Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!"
