Moose Lake Lodge & Suites

8/10 Good
"The hotel was very welcoming with the moose and wooded theme. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The only times we needed their assistance was when it came to housekeeping. When we checked into out room, we found the vacuum still in out room plugged in, not a big deal. Later however, we found dog hair all over the bed sheets and blankets. We also had no toilet paper in our room at all, and only had 1 towel. Thr front staff however we very helpful and was able to get us new sheets so we could re make the bed. They also got us more towels for out 2 night stay. Overall, hotel was nice but housekeeping was very poor."

"We absolutely loved our room and the grounds. The staff were very kind, helping us as soon as we arrived. The windows for our lake-view room were huge! The Keurig machine with lots of coffee pods was a very nice feature. Access to kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, and life jackets was an added bonus. The grounds are beautiful, and it was a nice, quiet time in early September. I would definitely book again!"
