"There was a wedding the night I stayed. They set up the stage right next to my window. It was so loud that even with the ear plugs, I couldn’t avoid hearing the loud music and partying. "Hotel description includes elevator. Our deluxe suite was on the third floor but the steep spiral staircase was difficult. Even the young staff who came up was puffing heavily. We were offered a similar room in the part of the hotel that does has an elevator. Was assured that there was a walk in shower as well as the spa bath (reason we had not booked the Suite Room in the beginning). Our bags were moved during the day but when we went to the room there were 26 stairs to climb to get to the elevator! Shower was over the spa bath that was quite high to climb in and out of. Bathroom in deluxe suite had persistent nasty smell. Suite room was quieter and very acceptable though only sea glimpse over the front of the hotel building. Manager appeared to understand English but either didn't or chose not to be up front about the shower/spa bath configuration in the Suite Room."
