"You can never find a better place to stay here in Angeles City than MetroBEST WESTERN HOTEL!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Kudos to Management for a job well done in hiring the BEST staff!!! 👍Front Desk was very accommodating, welcoming a return guest like me! *** I got sick during my stay and they sent bottled water right away upon request. 👍Security was very welcoming, making sure they took care of my needs (Uber, Grab, etc.) 👍JEFF at the Breakfast Buffet area, double thumbs up for the personalized and amazing customer service!!!! 👍ROMMEL, from Cactus Jack, made me feel like a VIP, when I brought in new customers and told them of the amazing food at Cactus Jack👏👏👏👏👏 This property merits a 5-star rating⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
