"When we checked in we were told their computer system was down so could not check in. We were upgraded to the hotel next door. It was nice, but my sister and I asked to split the bill (we travel to GC 5/6 a year) and other hotels have done it. When we checked our credit cards to ensure we got the $115.50 rate (1/2=$57.50) we were billed $77.50. I also had another charge of $37.74? I was told the computer system charges an extra $20 for incidentals and would be credited back to us. She had no...

"Idk what waa foing on at the property. The front desk waa trying to get me to cancel my reservation, wait for the refund from Expedia and pay with them. I did not do that. I rold the hotel that the billing issue was between them and Expedia, not me. I had already paid. I got checked in after about 45, they kept calling "MGMT" because i wouldnt cancel my Expedia reservation. "

"The ice machine was broken, the balcony for the second floor was held up by beams. The sheets were clean but worn with holes in them. Behind the bathroom door was dirt and hadn't been cleaned in some time. The continental breakfast was muffins, banana and juice in a brown paper bag. I would not recommend staying here unless you just need a cheap hotel that is a place to sleep and nothing else."

"Great Motel. Kind, courteous staff. I rode my motorcycle in the rain and needed to dry my clothes and the front desk personnel put my room right next to the laundry. Very thoughtful and much appreciated."
