A gem of a property. The room was large and comfortable with nice amenities. Free entry into the gardens for residents and it was nice that so long as you are in before they close, you can exit back to the resort on your own time. Check in staff were friendly, but when checking out, I wasn’t acknowledged and felt like i had disturbed the receptionist when I asked what to do with the key. Also forgot breakfast was included so sadly missed out on that.

Although hotel lobby looked a little grubby on arrival, the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfy. Breakfast included and have to say was really good, plentiful and tasty (I just wish they’d avoid using paper plates and plastic cutlery as it’s neither economical or ecological - and feels really cheap).
Free car parking and coffee and only short drive to city, the state capitol and shops/eateries.

They had oat porridge, boiled egg and decaff coffee which was great healthy options.
The sink and bathroom mirror was in the main room which was very annoying.
Much better if it had been in the bathroom. And a mirror and table had been in the main room

We have been traveling to Gervais Oregon about once every 6 weeks dealing with my brother and we've been in three or four different hotels and this by far is the best we've been in it's clean it's quiet everything worked and the beds were comfortable it was great we will definitely be going back even if it is a little further than we would like it to be to it's well worth it

We arrived just after Labor Day for a really comfortable one night stay. There was a lovely informative friendly welcome at reception and we have a comfortable clean room. Dinner advice was great and we had a good evening. We will be back next time we tour this area. Many thanks.

From the minute we checked in to check out.. all staff was wonderful. Room was spacious and perfect for our needs. We had the 2 bedroom suite and we felt right at home. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety of choices. We stayed 3 weeks and never got tired of the offerings.Well done! Every member of staff went above and beyond to assist in any way possible.
Definately recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of an extended stay in the Salem...

Independent hotel very close and easy from I5. Enjoyed our stay with a nice room and very comfy chair in the room. Breakfast lacking in choice but plentiful and hot. Asked for advice for a meal in the evening and given a very good location at a good price. Hotel is a little old and tired but good value for money. I would stay again without hesitation.
