DO NOT STAY HERE! This Quality Inn is considerably under the standards, in all areas, of other hotels in the chain. The management was totally uncooperative in allowing us to make any changes in the reservation, although they had to power to do so according to Expedia. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

While I was still in the room, the housekeeper came in asking for tips! It made me really uncomfortable, almost like when you’re in Jamaica and they try and force you to buy their stuff!! I literally had to tell her to get out of my room and she said I come back in 10 minutes and you give me tips! Not sure why I would tip her anyway because it was run down and dirty, but the choices in that area are limited and I had to sleep. I didn’t not try the free breakfast and the pool was closed.

Ac worked fine, room was clean, coffee maker didn’t work so I left a note, staff doesn’t know unless you let them know. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff very nice.

The front desk attendant was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom, which was in unacceptable condition. I honestly did not feel comfortable using the amenities or even having breakfast at the hotel. The only positive aspects were the comfortable beds and the convenient location, with a Wawa nearby that made it easier to find food and necessities. Sadly, cleanliness is one of the most important parts of any hotel stay, and this property fell far below expectations.

Mgr Nancy at this location is rude and disrespectful. I notified the location within 5 minutes of my booking, the date was incorrect by one day. They would not assist, said I must contact Expedia. Then, Expedia called within 30 minutes because the system wouldn’t let them edit the reservation. Not cancel, just adjust. Again, the mgr Nancy refuse to adjust or make any accommodations - knowing the room would be unused and customer money was being wasted. While it was my error, it was an horrible level of customer service for this location.

The room had a smell to it and there were spots on the chair we could not use. The comforter was full of cigarettes burns on it. The towels were filthy and still had dirt marks on them. This place needs to be knocked down and totally renovated. I do not suggest any human rent this place. Breakfast was continental and should be on the booking website.

I reserved two rooms. 1 king Efficiency and double queen room. The double queen room had visibly dirty bed spreads and a microwave that locked on us after heating up our food. The hotel staff came and took off the spreads, said they would send someone to make the beds and they never came back. The hotel clerk came to check the microwave and said they would bring a replacement and never came back. I went down the next morning to request a replacement and one was brought up to the room. My final complaint was I chose the hotel because Expedia said they had a pool. When I got there the pool was not in operation and had been closed for years. I feel that was very misleading.
