"Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub. The weight room was very warm. The treadmill was loud and didn’t work right. The weight machine was broken by other guests and never fixed. The bike I could use but the screen was not working. It dirty in there. The outside and back doors were left open during the day and I didn’t feel safe. Any one could walk in who isn’t a guest there. "When we got there the room was not clean at all we had to go to customer service and ask for them to clean the bed it was a spot on the bed plus the room had a bad smell to it horrible experience but the only part was good was the lady in customer service will never be back again ."

"This is a flop huose, rooms by week or month. Had I only known, I would not have stayed there but it was too late to change. Expedia misrepresented this place. no hair dryer, holes in wall and bathroom door, rusted metal frame around mirror and light fixture, no carpet, just fake wood vinyl flooring, lobby closed from 5am to 9am, YOU have to take out garbage to dumpster or get charged $50, 'furniture' for aloset all open front (without doors) making it look like a gym locker room with everything...

"バランスが取れたリーズナブルなホテルだと思います。歩いて行ける距離にスーパー、レストラン、ファーストフード店も複数あるため、飲食に困ることもありませんでした。 朝食は毎日変わらず同じもので、パンケーキを作る機械もよくエラー出ていましたが、おばちゃんが良い人で気持ちよく朝食が食べられました。 アメニティはほぼ無く、無料の水も部屋にないのは残念でした。(無料なのは朝食だけだよと受付の方に言われました。)"

"When we arrive, they couldn’t find the second room I booked and then I asked the book another room. They told me the must book for two days consecutive or they wouldn’t book it for us. After deciding we share a room with the four of us they call back we could have another room for an extra $60 American. I thought I called expedia.ca for help useless finally I rechecked my emails and found both of the rooms out. No apology."
