"Nice hotel and convenient to Smather's beach right across the street and the view was amazing. All the staff were helpful and friendly. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Convenient shuttle to downtown and to the airport. Drinks from the bar were awesome but the food we had was just average but didn't eat there much. Overall, our stay was great. Did notice some ants but probably to be expected in Key West. Would stay again!"

"The property was disappointing for a Hilton property. It took multiple requests to get an ironing board in the room, and get the room cleaned. It is part of the stay to have the room cleaned but it was not in day one and was not cleaned until almost 6 PM on day two. The pool area routinely had debris around and floating in the pool. "Unit was spacious, clean and well equipped with toiletries and kitchen items. Parking was flooded on arrival making it difficult to unload and load our vehicle and access the pool from our room. The property is seaside and not on the beach; however, there are sandy areas for sunbathing or sea access, a pool, and onsite excursions. Great for families."
