"The pool and surrounding area was very nice. We appreciated the lounge chairs & complimentary towels.
The breakfast was a lovely surprise! Coffee, juices, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc etc. It was very convenient to walk out our door and grab breakfast from the gazebo.
A couple opportunities for improvement: need more space in both the bathroom (for toiletries) and in the room (for luggage and to put our stuff). Also need more hooks to hang wet towels or swimsuits."

"I was extremely disappointed with our stay at the Fairfield Inn Key West. The property felt more like an old motel that had been rebranded as a Fairfield Inn rather than the quality hotel I expected. I should have trusted my instincts and packed my bags the moment I saw the room.
The location was also much less appealing than expected. The surrounding area felt undesirable, and our room overlooked a depressing view of the parking lot and dumpsters, which certainly wasn’t the Key West experience...
