The only problem (which I forgot to tell front desk at checkout, it was pouring and I was focused on getting on the road sooner) was the refridgerator door does not shut closed. Fortunately, I was only there for the night and did not need it (another reason it slipped my mind). Given they take incidental holds, the front desk should know if a room has a broken appliance or fixture and not assign it to a guest.
