"All the staff in the hotel is working so hard. I'm very impressed on that part. However a fixed rod to install toilet roll was attached by a tape. So I feel like trivial maintanance is done by taking palliative measures in the hotel. Also other fixed rod for hand shower was also unstable, I was feeling awkward to change angle of it. but it was not a big issue. Overall it was pretty comfortable experience to stay."

"Spacious room, very pleasant, and friendly staff. There was one day when regular breakfast service was unavailable for some reason (perhaps connected to Ramadan), and no explanation or refund was offered."

And laundry is so expensive. there is no laundry machine. when I ordered the ice box, the respons was so slow. the room service made very early morning call by mistake in spite of I did not order. so I felt very uncomfortable during my stay.
