"Amazing Staff from The Front Desk to the Housekeeping Team and every Hotel Employee i had met they were so friendly and made sure I had a very relaxing vacation. The Pool area was so clean, and the hotel room bed was very comfortable. The Manager is present and very approachable. Thankyou to everyone for the lovely vacation stay."

"This was a quick booking due to the electric instability problem in the Gambia...I booked after 12am . The front desk girl Lisa was very cheerful, responsive , and has great customer service. The room I booked the door appeared as it has been kicked in it wouldn't close properly, the room smelled of extreme mold, the ceiling fan didn't work, which is something I have to have to sleep, the room felt as though it had been slept in, it was NOTHING like I'm use to the cocoa properties. "Très bel hôtel, très bon rapport qualité-prix... Très belle piscine, on a pu s'y baigner alors que l'heure pour en profiter était passée... Très bon séjour, dommage que nous n'y restions qu'une nuit... Petit-déjeuner correct ... Une question, et ça vaut pour nos autres destinations, pourquoi à l'accueil, personne n'est jamais au courant de notre venue, c'est grave quand même...
