Cari Chalet di Sullivan

"This was a very nice and well kept up clean place. Staff was very helpful!"

"Appreciated the clean room and breakfast. We didn't use the kitchen but it was nice to have just in case."

"Liked: Geothermal heating and cooling! Windows that open and an indicator of when it would be desirable to open them. Central location for Oberlin College and town. Esthetically pleasing architecture and decor. Disliked: A worker using a leaf blower for a long time, to clear about 10 leaves from the entire expanse of sidewalk on three sides of the hotel. Unnecessary!"

"The room was clean"

"Everything and everyone was top-notch!"

"The toilet had black line around it hasn't been cleaned in few days. The over sheet was sticking out across the walk way to get through the room from bottom of beds.the paint trim wasn't even finished around the sink different color two inches around it horribly dirty baseboards around bathroom .Felt like I had to clean it when I got in there..Key didnt work had to wait to make another"

"There was NEVER anyone at the front desk. We had to push a ring doorbell that was left on the counter. When the bell was rang-we had to wait several minutes before the attendant came of out a side door located off the lobby-that had what looked to be black garage bags taped over the windows with a large NO TRESSPASSING sign hung on it. (this was visible as soon as you walked in to the establishment.) In the 4 days we stayed there-never once did we see ANY cleaning carts. Never once were we...

"Sweet front desk staff. Really enjoyed talking with the ladies during check in. Room AC worked well, slept comfortably. The door into the room is located on the interior of the building, instead of the doors facing the parking lot. You can go out that door, you just can't come back in because they lock and the room keys don't work on them. Have to reenter your room through the lobby and interior door."

"Thankfully they couldn't check us in because their computer was down. The place was a dump."
