"The staff is noticeably welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable. My son and I stayed for one night to see a Washington Nationals Game. DC Metro station Capitol South is a quick walk away. Front desk gave great directions on how to get to the Metro station and also on how to get to the stadium. The room we booked had a kitchenette (sink, Keurig, and microwave). Beds were comfortable. Bathroom is on the small side, but it sufficed for a one-night stay for two people. Something I have not...

"Room stayed hot, (78) was as cool as it got, got charged amenities up front, one of which was supposed to have been bottled watered offered, which I i was told they did not do, and the elevators only one worked halfway."

"Great location and nice spacious room - A/C was out third night with no notification from staff and the water station did not work on our floor.. unacceptable in the extreme heat. Housekeeping did not do a great job."
