"Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new.
Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and...

"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We were upgraded for small fee to a better room at the rear of the property. The skylights, windows, and location were perfect and spacious for 5 adults. The free espresso machine in the lobby was appreciated, but there is also a nespresso machine in the room if you don't want to go down in the morning, and a great cafe/bakery on the corner.
