"The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the heater/AC unit after the first night and they immediately gave us the option to move to a new room whenever we were ready for it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is ok and free. There are plenty restaurants around. Most rooms have a great view to Mount Si. Breakfast is good and well stocked with options. There's always cold and hot water available, they also have some amazing free mints on the lobby. I'll definitely...

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the Seattle area. Although it's an older property, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The double room was large enough for our family. The breaksfast area was well stocked and we appreciated that it stayed open until 9:30AM, which meant we didn't have to rush to breakfast. Great value compared to other options and a convenient 25 minute drive into downtown."
