"Lobby has a lovely ambiance with the restaurant and bar! Great view on back side of hotel! On to a gorgeous little pond. Excellent friendly staff. Fantastic pool area and hot tub! Great work out facilities and the eucalyptus face towels in the gym were a real treat! Location is fantastic! Room was spacious! Good stay!"

"Our room was 529. Faced highway 1. Semis passed all night! Impossible to sleep! Highly scented room with the old hotel perfume that used to be sprayed many years ago in all motels snd hotels. Hallways very musty and also scented strongly with hotel ‘perfume’. Tv didn’t work (no way to turn off), so had to pull out plug which was lodged tight on the wall snug behind the TV. Tv was on when we got to the room as well as dresser drawers open. USB cords did not work and some electric was out as well! In room Coffee was terrible! But I think that is normally the case! Not my favourite hotel!"

"Thought I had booked a pet friendly room, apparently not , the front desk had to make some changes. Still every thing turned out fine, just a short delay getting into the room."

"The property was tidy, the building seemed new and clean. The amenities were good. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was basic, but good. Rooms were clean and in good condition"

"It is a older hotel we wete put at back looking at buildings Parking is crazy they dont have parking for hotel guest so your fighting for a spot with casino players"

"Wouldn't stay again. Room was worn and outdated. Dogs were barking throughout our trip we made a few complaints. Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was very minimal we ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere. White Spot is attached to the hotel however food was terrible and way over priced for what it is. Wouldn't recommend at all"
