"Wonderful location for everything you need to do and see in Charleston. Lovely artwork tour of the hotel everyday at 5. Continental breakfast bag delivered to the room. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Late afternoon wine hour. Mid evening coffee and cookies. All nice touches. "

"The room was OK but the bathroom was in disrepair. The tissue holder and the toilet tissue holder were both rusty and broken/bent. The bathroom door had a relatively large hole in it at the bottom from obvious pet damage. Walls were cracked around the tub and in other areas. Very disappointing."
