"I love how convenient this hotel is. However they should FIRE their designer. Whoever thought shag carpets work with rolling luggage has never been a guest at the hotel. The room hallways have a lower profile carpet but still difficult. Even the maintenance people joke about it; not really funny when you have multiple bags."

"Prepaid parking through Expedia not honored at the hotel. Staff completely unhelpful in sorting this issue out. Forced to double pay for parking. Rooms dated with older furnishings. Beds old. Plumbing drained poorly. Location nice but otherwise I would not recommend."

"Good location, bar and brunch were great. View from the pool and fitness centers was u real. Room was clean but sink faucet was loose and leaking and the bathroom door locks didn’t work well or would stick. Other than that it was nice."

"Very clean and room was nice. Plenty of room and our room had 2 bathrooms which was nice for my nephews to have their own separate bathroom. We're already booking again for another trip in September!"
