"When I booked our reservation I chose a room with a King bed. The Expedia site also indicated parking was free for guests. We checked in within an hour of the 3 PM check-in time and were told they were all sold out of King beds so we’d have to go with 2 queens. We were then told their parking lot was full so we’d have to find somewhere else - downtown Chicago, Michigan Ave.! This is the reason I chose this hotel! Because the parking was supposed to be available for guests and free! I honestly...
"The room was ok with the exception being the ac didn't work and I had to sleep with the windows open to vent the portable that was in the room. That seems subpar considering the cost per night."
