Inside feels outdated and seems a little dark/gloomy with gray hallways and one elevator at far end of hotel (opposite far end from check in desk & past many rooms) which felt very uncomfortable walking that far to check in with young children. "Clean Room. Bed was Comfortable and check was very thorough. Place has some quarks and some things are being renovated. Loved the area to fish and the restaurant next door was busy but good. Just off the highway so real Convenient. There is a bait store right up the road and several public golf courses within 5 miles. If your on the top floor a little bit of a climb up the stairs in the back to get up to the room. Muffins Cereal and Coffee and Juice in Morning."

"We had a wonderful stay at Best Western The staff was very helpful Toni who kept our room neat and tidy she was so helpful. The man at the front desk { I'm sorry I forgot your name} was terrific , he had lots of suggestions for places to eat. The lady at the breakfast bar was very friendly and had lots of places for us to visit. Everyone there was supper helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"When we stayed we were first greeted near the front door with a large amount of discarded cigarette, and cigars in the crack leading to the door. This is despite the very obvious no smoking right on the wall. When we opened the door to our room there was a large pooling of water at the door. The sheets had stains on them of what appeared to be old blood. When we got new sheets, the sheets were somehow even more stained, and soiled than the prior. "The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! "
