I asked for linens to be changed but they were not and I wish the trash cans were lined specially in the bathroom. "

"The manager was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a complete kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes etc, and unexpected surprise! Although the property seems a bit dated, it is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!"

"When you drive all day, you would like to take a nice warm to hot shower; this place had lukewarm water at best. Will not come back again. Normally, places you stay at street level have a thin privacy shade to just cover up the window for privacy, then a thick drape; this place didn't have a privacy shade. So when someone walked behind your sliding doors, if the heavy drapes were not closed all the way, they could look right into your room. We also asked for an extra blanket; my wife has a...

"The place was clean and the view is beautiful if you have a Riverview room, otherwise you would be looking at the parking lot. The pool was closed during our stay but opened the following day. The sauna was not working and ultimately appeared broken. The restaurant apparently only works on reservations, which was not made apparent in anyway. Instead of being honest about their bookings, restaurant hostess kept delaying the waitlist time and we eventually left after being told to wait 2...
