Only thing that let it down for us was outdoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance, and as we were long stay customers we were looking forward to a couple of relaxing days by the pool. "The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge.
