"Clean, great staff."

"I really enjoyed the outstanding service and cleanliness of the property. The food was very good and I enjoyed spending quiet time on the rooftop pool. A great value."

"The place is very comfortable and clean. Everything is fun here. Highly recommended."

"Staff was wonderful. Room and grounds were wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful."

"Would highly recommend this place, the food were top notch and the room was clean and comfortable. Staying here during ramadan was truly an amazing experience "

"This is a good hotel. The staff is very helpful, breakfast delicious with incredible selection and the rooms comfortable. My only complaint: the bar is terribly overpriced. We learned that our first night. Later nights we noticed that no one is there. (Hint: walk 3 blocks to Ar+otek --- their bar & restaurant are much more reasonable with local live music many nights)."

"Stay with group of friends, nice basic stay with friendly staff"

"Th e hotel is near the shopping mall, so it is easy to go shopping. The restaurant for breakfast is good."

"Good for budget travelers. Bus stop near. Room gets cleaned every day. Free accessories are useful."

"Just a place to go to sleep. Breakfast not so good."

"Just so-so hotel. A bit pricey for its standard. "

"Every little things in this hotel is really good. Overall was very good! "

"Nice hotel, great location. Only thing is water pressure wasn’t good in the shower"

"Ik heb bij expedia geboekt, maar in de hotel hebben ze te kennen gegeven dat ze niks van expedia bevestigd hebben gekregen, dus we waren verplicht om kamers te boeken, die veel duurder waren. Als we geen geld konden verzamelen, zouden we letterlijk op straat staan. Schandalig!!!"

"Room ok for size, clean, very noisy area, pool access limited to two broken ladders so no exiting pool if you are old, also pool area very slippery if wet"

"Good room design"

"love the lobby design. The room is small but good enough for single business traveler. Price is good and cheap"

"Stay there for 2 nights, room was ok. Lighting and air conditioning can be improved. Surrounding area was good, shopping centre next door, eatery within walking distance. Close to the train station and the city airport. "

"After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken… The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun. "

"Hotel nya recommended untuk yg punya anak-anak karena dia focus hotel yg di per untukan anak, dengan banyak wahana 👍👍tetapi untuk room nya sekelas hotel bintang 5 tdk terlalu di utamakan karena mungkin focus nya berbeda ( tetapi kalau emang mau bgs mungkin bisa ambil yg premier) akan tetapi untuk room nya sdah ada penambahan kasur untuk kids 👍sukses selalu 🙏"
