"Clean sheets but that was about it. Hairs and crusties on the bedside table and toothpaste spit on the bathroom faucet. No wiping down had occurred"

"Easy check in and out. Continual breakfast was ok nothing special. Rooms were poorly maintained( bathroom didn’t drain well, cracked tile in bathroom, thermostats didn’t work)"

"Easy to get to from airport. Clean rooms. They offer shamooo and conditioner in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Only stayed there for 5 hours due to flight being delayed. I would stay again. They did however charge me for use of the shuttle when we did not. Still waiting for the charge to come off my card."

"1. Only complaint was housekeeping staff used extremely undersized sheets on bed. Didn’t discover until bedtime and had to call for appropriate sheets and re-make the bed. Must have been a busy day for them. 2. Location made catching early flight easier. Would definitely stay there again."

"This place is great despite a couple of major draw backs. The shuttle situation needs to be revisited. Too many people due to the shuttle serving two Hyatt locations. The pool is also not heated.. Which everytime I've been leaves the water freezing cold and the hot tub is often down. Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean."

"We stayed one night pre-event and were already confirmed to stay again several nights later post-event. The first stay was excellent. The hotel and staff are great. And the location is on the RTD light-rail line, so we were able to get to/from the airport and into downtown very easily. I highly recommend the Hyatt Pena Station to anyone wanting a great hotel in a great location!"

"The hotel was fine for what we needed. I would probably try somewhere else next time, though. The room was large and spacious, which was great, but the bathroom had two shampoos and no body wash. The ledge in the shower was in an awkward spot, which caused me to hit my head on it while showering, which is not what you want after a long day."

"The key pads to get in the property are a nightmare. Having to reset the keys several times just to get into your room. Having your hands full of items to find out you can’t in your room. Having to go back to the front desk several times. The breakfast was empty after 20min having to wait over 30 minutes to wait for new items. Only to find out they were out of the items. Just very annoying to pay what you do and not have the amenities and perks for the property."
