"After camping at Joshua Tree National Park, we wanted one night at a hotel so we could all shower before flying home. Because we are a family of five, we opted for this over one of the several run-of-the-mill hotels in 29 Palms, and I'm glad we did. The yurt was much more spacious than a hotel room. "This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"Drove past the Joshua Tree Retreat Center sign for years and had no idea how wonderful it is on that property. First time staying in the Bungalows and can’t wait to come back again. Lovely modern room, great outdoor area and miles of great hikes. Everyone who works there, cafe, book store, really nice and helpful. Saturday morning swap meet was nice as well. The Vortex is real!"

"Interesting concept. Really enjoyed staying in a modified AirStream without having all the set up and break down. You have to be ready to haul your luggage in a cart to your camper, but it wasn't hard to do. Appreciated the security offered by the entry gate. Lots of items for sale in the main building.
