"The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."

"I would say the staff was not unfriendly, but they were not friendly either. The place had a funny smell when you walked in smelled unpleasant also in the elevator. Kind of an old smell. In the room, there was no comforters, and the room was very cold in the sense that not even frames on the walls to make it feel welcome. There was no air blow dryer. Overall, it was just a place to stay. The Furniture was dated."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"From the second we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcoming. Matt was very kind and gave us all the information we needed without having to ask. He was very courteous and professional. He even took the time to tell us how great the breakfast was and we couldn’t help but try it out. We stayed there for over a week and had to had the breakfast every morning. The burrito especially.
