"Clean room Great staff and breakfast"

"My room was facing the train track and it was loud at night at certain days. It wasn't every night. Nothing the staff could have done about that. There was a loud dripping sound from my bathroom vent that went on a for a while at night on one of the nights. Otherwise, decent place and good value."

"Overall is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming! The location of the property is ideal and offers easy access to the interstate highway with numerous restaurants and stores nearby! The pool area also has a nice deck and the breakfast has a great variety in the morning! All of the in room, amenities and kitchenette resources are new with a spacious refrigerator and decent cabinetry space as well."

"A great location, near shopping areas, Toyota Stadium, to catch a great baseball game, quiet area. Our room was ready, very clean and the staff were very professional."

"We arrived around 10:30 pm. There was no attendant at the front desk, only a note to call the attendant. I called and no one picked up, but the phone up front rang loudly. It took about 4 minutes for the attendant to come down and check us in. As we walked to our room on the 2nd floor we caught the smell of marijuana. Room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was great. The attendant at the breakfast was cheerful and helpful."

"My dad and I stayed only one night, parking is plentiful, staff is helpful, room is super spacious and clean. The things that weren’t great were that there were no towels left for us, thankfully my dad had brought one from home. We were in a hurry so I didn’t bother calling the lobby, but towels are essential. Breakfast is a joke for a hotel of this big, their breakfast of open from 6:30am to 9:30am. We got there at 8:20am, no coffee, (rooms have a kitchenette but no coffeemaker) 4 bags of...

"Gave it 5 stars because it was nice for an overnight stay. The kitchen was not well equipped so for an extended stay it wouldn’t be adequate. Nice stove and kitchen area but 2 skillets is all there was to cook with"

"Had roaches in the bed was supposed refund me for my stay instead took extra money and stated i had to pay they room service to clean the room i signed nothing bout paying them to pay they workers room service or or never heard of it the room wasn’t even clean wen we got in it it had either blood or spilled juice or koolaid under the bed"

"The breakfast was surprisingly good. The TV was malfunctioning, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The desk was very helpful with any issue. Clean rooms, nice staff! I will definitely go back!"

"I had a terrible experience checking in. After a 4 hours drive with kids we reached there to find out that the staff couldn’t find my reservation.she put all responsibility on me to call Expedia and find out why.then I found out by looking at her computer that she mistakenly gave my room to someone else. She didn’t even looked at that person I’d.now she gave their room to me. I found that the room had only 1 bed where as I paid specifically for 2 queens.going thru this mess after 8 hours work...
