Hotel dekat Lift Ski Sunnyside

"The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!"

"Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta"

"Another amazing stay at the Chateau. The room was excellently appointed. We had access to a full kitchen and the options of lounges and restaurants within a couple minute walk. We were close to everything we needed. Everyone took great care of our family and make sure our needs were addressed. We will be back again."

"Beautiful room and property. Clean. Well supplied. Great location. Would def recommend"

"Great views! Place was clean and comfortable… elevator didn’t work and you have to check in at a separate location if it’s past 5 PM"

"Love the Scandinavian style, cleanliness and amenities."

"This facility is absolutely the best! This will be our third year in a row and it is even better now than when we started coming here. The food is great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff add so much to the experience with all their attention to detail. "

"Everything was EXCELLENT will be back 1000%"

"We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and...

"The room itself was nice, the building was not. It was really hard to find. The customer service was great. The check in email they send was very detailed yet it was still really hard to find our building. The parking garage had no spots for us but luckily there was a big parking lot close by for no charge. There was a lot of construction going on."

"Have stayed a second time , the unit we were in was very dark , view was on the adjacent fire department . No view of the majestic mountains "
