"The only staff I interacted with was the surly person who checked me in. It seemed like I was an interruption to whatever he was doing in the office and, I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times during check in. I thought I was getting a decent price for a quick 1 night stay but the parking which, I had to pay with my phone at a kiosk rather than check in, was $27.00 for one night."

"Overall it was what we anticipated. However, we had a problem with the bathroom. We notified the help desk that the toilet is not flushing properly and it's not usable; they said the maintenance is out and they'll send someone to look into it. They didn't send anyone to check, and they didn't offer to change the rooms. They could have communicated clearly to address the issue. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby."

"My first time stay here with my 8 years old daughter and the wife we all like it and plan to come back in the future. Its clean, near freeway the breakfast area is clean and spacious."

"We stated in a 2 bedroom suite and it had lots of space. Kitchen had everything we needed and the free breakfast was excellent. Coffee was ready before breakfast start times which was great as I am an early riser. Location was good and easy parking"

"I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t...

"It's a decent hotel for a day or two, though it is old and could use some renovations. The elevator is quite dated. The staff was helpful, but the breakfast was quite poor. It seems they rely on free breakfast and parking to attract guests, given the hotel's age."
