THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!
When I got there, the room had a really musty smell, like mold, and the bathroom had no ventilation. By 8pm, the whole hotel staff was off duty. I found this out because I went to the front desk to ask the lady to confirm if our room had 2 queen beds, since it was definitely a double, NOT QUEEN. The lady at the front desk insisted it was a queen bed. Then I asked her for clean sheets because there was blood on the bedsheet I had just checked into. She simply told us to grab a “new” sheet from under the TV. This sheet was even grosser than the first one. Keep in mind, it was 8pm, and the place wasn’t even busy. She was just sitting at the front desk!!
Then she said that every room was full, and she could only offer me a different room that would be “accessible.” When I asked what that meant, she said, “it doesn’t lock, anyone can open the door.” I’ve stayed at many hotel chains before, but I’ve never heard of this NOR UNDERSTAND WHY SHE WOULD OFFER THIS!?!?! It was either stay in a stinky double bed room when I clearly booked for 2 queen beds or take an accessible room that anyone could walk into. The clear choice was to stay in the wrong room they gave me.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The lady at the front desk was super lazy and didn’t even try to make things right.
