"The lady at the check in gave me a key that was not working and the room had a do not disturb sign hanging. She did not apologize for that mistake and just said ok I will assign another room for you. Did not acknowledge her mistake and I had to go back and forth and line up again because of that mistake. It was unpleasant. I was tired and hoping to already enter my room."

"The staff is nice I can say that. However the individual and or family staying above me which I assume is room 205 was playing a horn or some sort of horn instrument 1:30 pm in the afternoon the first day of my stay. Which, I found to be rude staff was helpful in rectifying the issue.
The food that is served could be a lot more better for the price you are paying to stay there and i didn’t like that paper plates and plastic utensils were used as well. It’s not that many patrons in my opinion to...

"The room smelled like urine, the room door was damages. There was a swarm of flies in the room and in the elevator. They refused to give me a refund because I "was in the room for 1hour", according to the time I checked in. I had a lot of things to unload, had to look for the hotel cart and I tried to get a hold of them over the phone but nobody answered and there was nobody in the lobby. 1 hour is reasonable for unloading, documenting the issues and try to communicate.
